Saaz Late

A late fine aroma variety Saaz Late was gained from the Saaz variety offspring. Its characteristic is very similar to Saaz, however, slight differences are noticeable in the aroma profile. The herbal component dominates the fruity and citrusy aroma supplemented by floral notes in comparison to Saaz. Saaz Late is applicable to lagers or other bottom-fermented beers.
