Saaz Comfort

Saaz Comfort was selected from Daubauer hops and Saaz progeny. It is a semi-early variety with slightly higher acid content in comparison to the original Saaz. Aroma profile includes a genuine hoppy aroma supplemented by herbal and spicy components. Application of this variety belongs definitely to lagers and other bottom-fermented beers.
