Mimosa is a crossbreed of Agnus and a male hop plant from South Africa. It is characteristic of its citrusy aroma of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and tangerine, followed by other notes of fruit. The unique ratio of low content of α-acids and higher β-acids is specific for this variety.
