Saaz

The unique fine aroma Saaz variety comes from the original growths from Saaz and Ausha hop regions. Saaz is a worldwide standard of hop quality specific by its typical gentle hoppy and herbal aroma with tones of citruses in the background. Saaz is mostly applicable to typical Czech lagers as well as to other bottom-fermented beers.
