During the BrauBeviale exhibition in the last week of November, samples of the following beers were available for tasting at the Bohemia Hop stand and the neighboring stand of the Hop Growers Union: lagers - single hop Premiant, Sládek, Ale-type beer using the Vital, Kazbek and Eris varieties, IPL-type beer with the Vital and Kazbek varieties, and then beers from the Antoš Slanee brewery brewed from green hops of the SAAZ variety, and then beers based on the SAAZ variety from Vinohradský brewery, Plzeňský Prazdroj and Budějovický Budvar. Beers with the new varieties Saaz Shine and Saaz Comfort were also available for tasting.
During the three main exhibition days, hundreds of representatives of breweries from Europe, Asia and South and North America visited the Bohemia Hop stand. However, the largest share was made up of Czech breweries, which we were happy to welcome to the great beers brewed at the Hop Research Institute.

The temperature in August 2024 could be rated as above average. The value of the medium temperature was 2°C higher compared to the long-term average. During the whole month the maximum day temperatures did not go below 22°C and at the end of month the temperatures exceeded 30°C, unusually high level for August.
The weather in July was characterized by a very warm and dry climate. In the second and third decade, the maximum temperatures, except for small tenths in two days, did not fall below 25 °C. Ten tropical days increased the average temperature by 1.5 °C in comparison to the long-term normal. As far as the precipitation July was deeply below average, compared to the long-term average 50% of the rainfalls are missing. The most important for cultivation was the precipitation on July 12, when 21.1 mm fell.
