Bohemia Hop (BH) in cooperation with the Hop Research Institute (HRI) in Zatec organized a gathering and educational session focused on the application of Czech hops in the brewing industry that took place on 18th April 2017. This event was great opportunity to introduce two newly registered Czech hop varieties Jazz and Country. The utilization of Kazbek hops was demonstrated within a beer testing as well.
A superb performance of Kazbek hops in evaluated beers has risen a discussion about various possibilities of use of this variety.
