On 21 May 2024, Bohemia Hop, a.s. took part in a promotional event of Czech hops in Fokuoka, Kyushu, Japan, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic and the Honorary Consulate of the Czech Republic with the support of Sapporo Brewery, EAT, Ohnishi Shoji and Godspeed Brewery, the aim of which was to present Czech hops to Japanese microbreweries.

The Craft Brewers Conference and Brew Expo America 2024 (CBC) held in Las Vegas, experienced a true Czech beer and hop show. Alongside the traditional beer expo and conference, representatives from Bohemia Hop, Ambiente (Lokál, Dva Kohouti, Pult), and LUKR CZ organized additional events focusing on Czech beer culture and beer pouring techniques.
According to the report from the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (April 30th , 2024) the hop acreage in the Czech Republic remains almost the same as in 2023. The current acreage is 4,852 hectares, which is only 8 hectares less than last year. There has been a decrease in the acreage of Saaz variety by 60 hectares to the current 3,987 hectares. On the other hand, the acreage of Premiant variety increased by less than 4 hectares to the current 200.5 hectares. The largest increase in acreage was recorded with the Sládek variety, from last year's 410 hectares to the current 450 hectares.
From April 16-20, 2024, the 34th International Beer Festival took place at the Zahrada Čech Exhibition Center in Litoměřice, supported by Bohemia Hop, a.s. The absolute winner of this year's event in the World Beer Seal 2024 category was Pivovar Svijany, a.s., with their Svijanský Baron 15% beer. In the Czech Beer Seal 2024 category, Pivovar Trilobit took first place with their Trilobit light lager.
The 26th seminar "Application of Czech Hop Varieties in Brewing" took place on the second Wednesday of April 2024. The event is organized annually by Bohemia Hop, a.s. in collaboration with the Hop Research Institute, s.r.o. (CHI) and this year also with the Research Institute of Brewing and Malting, a.s. (VÚPS).
This brewing event attracted the attention of brewing experts, who gathered in large numbers. More than hundred experts from the brewing industry participated and most of them took part also in the afternoon and evening programs.
Representatives of Bohemia Hop, a.s. Zdeněk Rosa and Jan Podsedník took part in a business mission of Czech agricultural and food companies in mid-March, which accompanied the Minister of Agriculture Marek Výborný on his visit to Vietnam and the Philippines. The mission included several seminars and business meetings with local companies.
In Vietnam, the Minister opened the international fair "Food and Hotel Vietnam" in Ho Chi Minh City, and in Hanoi, the Minister also visited the HABECO brewery. The second part of the trip took place in the Philippines, where first a trade and business forum organized by the Czech Embassy in Manila and then in Davao took place.
During the trip, there was also the opportunity to visit several craft breweries, and in Davao also the largest banana grower.
